Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Work Life Balance, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Taspen (Persero) Kantor Cabang Jambi

Abstract


Human resource management is the art of planning, organizing, directing and supervising the activities of employees or staff in order to achieve the goals of the organization. In carrying out daily activities, the role of human resources is very important, because HR is one of the most important supporting factors of a company to support all company activities. There are several factors that can affect performance, namely leadership style, work life balance, and physical work environment which are interrelated. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Influence of Leadership Style, Work Life Balance, and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT.Taspen (Persero) Jambi Branch Office. This research method is quantitative descriptive using multiple linear regression analysis. The research data were obtained from respondents through a questionnaire with a total of 32 respondents. Statistical analysis was carried out using the SPSS program. To analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Work Life Balance, and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT.Taspen (Persero) Jambi Branch Office. Data analysis using multiple linear regression models with Y = 6.214 + 0.374X1 + 0.225X2 + 0.299X3. Based on the simultaneous test (F test), it is known that the variables of Leadership Style, Work Life Balance, and Physical Work Environment have a significant effect on the Performance variable at PT.Taspen Persero Jambi Branch Office. This is shown where Fcount is greater than Ftable, namely the Fcount value of 8.195 while the Ftable value is 2.95 with a significant level of 0.000 because the significant level <0.005. The result of the determination coefficient (R2) is 0.468, thus the result states that the variables Leadership Style (X1), Work Life Balance (X2), and Physical Work Environment (X3) are able to explain the Performance variable (Y) by 46.8%, while the remaining 53.2% is influenced by other variables that were not examined in this study.
